As you find out on the first page of the manga, the main character is Dr Kenzo Tenma. Dr Heinemann is Tenma's superior, and Dr Becker and Boyer are two of Tenma's colleagues.

2. What nationality is the main character?

Answer: Japanese

Although the manga takes place in Germany, Tenma moved there from Japan. Czechoslovakia is where another character comes from, not Tenma, and the Turks are minor characters who are found in the small community in Frankfurt.

3. Which of these names does Anna Liebert use?

Answer: Nina Fortner

Nina Tucker is the young girl in "Fullmetal Alchemist", Eva Heinemann is Tenma's fiancee and Eva Masters is a name I made up.

4. Who is the boy who commits suicide after pretending to be Schuwald's son?

Answer: Edmund

Erich is the name that Johan used when he would ask an old man about war stories, Johan is the main 'adversary' figure of the manga and the character who the title most appears to refer to, and Karl is Schuwald's actual son.
