Answer: Hellfire League

The Hellfire League was "an exclusive club of wicked noblemen dedicated to pleasure and debauchery." Damien Sinclair and Lucian Tremayne were both members, Nicholas Sabine, and American and cousin to Lucian, was an honorary member, and finally, though Kell Lasseter, though a club owner was not involved with the Hellfire League before he wed Raven, Nicholas' sister.

The Hellfire League, or variations of it, was often found in Regency Romances, and was based on a real gentlemen's club.
