Baralis put a drug in Queen's wine that made her fall asleep and then he manages to enter her chamber through a secret passage and do the deed while she is drugged. No one knows that prince Kylock is not King's son.

2. What is the first act of magic that the baker's boy, Jack, does?

Answer: He makes the time go back in an oven

Jack accidentally burns the loaves of bread in the oven, and dreads the punishment so much that he unconsciously turns the time back in the oven, so that he finds the loaves are fine when he looks at them again.

3. True or false: Baralis's mercenaries catch Jack and Melli the first time they are sent to do so.

Answer: False

Jack hides in the ditch and the mercenaries fail to discover him, while Melliandra escapes the mercenaries when they start fighting with the other men who are looking for her.
