Diane Downs was convicted in 1984 of murder and attempted murder. Her youngest daughter Cheryl died in the attack. Her son Danny is paralyzed from the chest down. The two surviving children were adopted by the man who prosecuted Diane Downs. Diane Downs is still in prison and still claims that a bushy haired stranger shot her children.
