After escaping, Yellowbeard (Graham Chapman) went to see Betty (Madeline Kahn), with whom he had left his treasure map before he was imprisoned. She told him that before burning the map, she had had it tattooed on Dan's head when he was a baby. Yellowbeard found Dan (who may or may not have been Yellowbeard's son), and along with Lord Lambourn and Dr. Gilpin, went to find the treasure. "Yellowbeard" also starred Martin Hewitt, Peter Boyle, Marty Feldman and Peter Cook.

Answer: The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie

The pirates sailed in to port, stormed the movie theater and made a mess of the refreshment area before taking their seats in the first two rows. We saw them briefly while they were sobbing during the part where Patrick and SpongeBob dried out, and then again after the end when the usher told them they needed to leave.

In "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie" (2004), SpongeBob and Patrick had to travel the dangerous road to Shell City in order to get King Neptune's crown back and save Mr. Krabs.

Also among the human actors in the movie were Kevin Bishop as Jim, and Billy Connolly as Billy Bones. Among the Muppets, Kermit played Captain Smollett, Miss Piggy played Benjamina Gunn and Fozzie played Squire Trelawney. Rizzo, Gonzo, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker also went along for the ride, naturally playing characters not included in the original story. Tim Curry also played a pirate, Jezebel Jack, in 1999's "Pirates of the Plain".

After Westley left to seek his fortune for their future, Buttercup received word that he had been killed by the Dread Pirate Roberts. Heartbroken, she promised to marry Prince Humperdinck because she wouldn't be required to love him. Shortly before the wedding, Buttercup was kidnapped by Vizzini, Fezzik and Inigo Montoya in order to start a border dispute with a neighboring country.

The mysterious man in black followed the group, saving Buttercup from them. Although he claimed to be the Dread Pirate Roberts, Buttercup realized that he was really Westley when he said a familiar phrase as he was tumbling down a hill. Westley then explained to her how each time a pirate wanted to retire, someone else took over as the Dread Pirate Roberts.

The two of them had a short reunion before attempting to escape from Buttercup's intended.

Much adventure, swordplay and paralysis followed before Buttercup and Westley were finally together for good. The End.

Answer: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

Captain Barbossa and his men actually had Elizabeth Swann who had told them that her last name was Turner. The actual offspring, Will Turner, teamed up with the former captain, Jack Sparrow, to rescue Elizabeth and regain the Black Pearl. Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Geoffrey Rush and Keira Knightly starred in the movie which was followed by two sequels: "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (2006) and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" (2007).

Answer: He had one eye.

Mikey and his friends found One-Eyed Willie's treasure map in the attic and went in search of the treasure to save their homes. After making it through Willie's booby traps, they found the treasure and Mikey got to meet One-Eyed Willie, well, what was left of him.

The Fratellis, who were following the Goonies, tried to take Willie's share of treasure and set off the last booby trap, freeing Willie's ship from the cave.

When Average Joe's owner, Peter (Vince Vaughn), needed to come up with $50,000 to save the gym, his loyal customers banded together with him to win a dodgeball contest. We met Steve (Alan Tudyk) early on when he cornered Peter to apologize for not paying his gym dues, but promised he would share his buried treasure, when he found it. Referring to himself a couple of times as the dread pirate Steve, he eventually got his hair cut and dressed normally after Peter told him that he wasn't a pirate. When Peter saw him like this, he said it was a shame, because he had just gotten a treasure chest loaded with money. Steve answered in his usual, "Garrr".

Answer: Christopher Atkins and Kristy McNichol

A young woman in present time, Mabel (Kristy McNichol), had a boating accident and dreamt of meeting a young pirate named Frederic (Christopher Atkins). He was trying to get away from the pirates who had raised him, but because of a technicality, realized he had to stay with them. Frederic was then caught in the middle when the Pirate King wanted to attack Mabel's house. Based on "The Pirates of Penzance", the movie was pretty campy, but still fun. Christopher Atkins is best known for his part in "The Blue Lagoon" (1980), while Kristy McNichol is mostly remembered for her role in "Little Darlings" (1980) and the TV show "Family".

Answer: He fell into the net of a fishing boat.

Thinking he was going to be easily defeated in the war games because of the restrictions placed on him by Rear Admiral Graham, Lt. Cmdr. Dodge (Kelsey Grammer) was told by Vice Admiral Winslow to "think like a pirate". During the war games, Dodge went against the rules and left the containment area, prompting the by-the-book Pascal (Rob Schneider) to tell Dodge that he should relinquish command to him. Dodge put it to a vote, but since no one voted for Pascal to be put in charge, Dodge told him he was guilty of attempted mutiny. We then saw the crew on deck dressed as pirates, flying a jolly roger and singing. A blindfolded Pascal was led out, read his crimes and forced to walk the plank. When he took the last step off the plank, he fell into the net of a fishing boat which was alongside the USS Stingray.
