"Wish we'd changed that name" says Ozzy. Believe it or not, this bunch is an official government organisation!

2. What weapon does Barry use to despatch the first alien on the beach?

Answer: Pistol

All of these others are used at some point for the purposes of mayhem and violence; as well as a bayonet, an axe, a chainsaw, a mallet, numerous machine guns ... the list goes on.

3. What is written on the road-block that Ozzy and Frank erect to keep away intruders?

Answer: Road Closed - Nuclear Contamination

Frank points out that the nearest nuclear reactor is in America. Ozzy, however, has an answer. "Yeah, but it could have been an explosion on one of those Springbok warships" he says.

The Beatles are in their "Sergeant Pepper" costumes. The car was not built especially for the film, but had been converted previously by one of the film crew.

There is a splendid camera shot of him standing silhouetted in the Derek-shaped hole (including a slot cut for the chainsaw).

Presumably making sure that he had breakfast before he went filming in the morning, and washing all the blood off his clothes when he got home... This whole amazing film took four years to make, with a crew made up of various of Peter Jackson's friends, filming at weekends, and financed from Peter's day job with a newspaper.
