This line is said by Timon in response to Simba saying that they need a distraction. The song for it was really funny! The song was using Pumbaa as an appetizer to distract the starving hyneas. The word "simba" means "lion" in Swahili.

Answer: The Mummy

This line is said by Benny, who is assisting Imhotep (the mummy) in taking over the world. He uses this as an explanation to Rick (Brendan Fraser) about his assistance to Imhotep. As Evie predicted in the movie, Benny did get his comeuppance.
