He becomes owner after his grandfather passes away, and becomes the manager after he fires George O'Farrell. Chuck and Joey are Billy's close friends and Lowell is the kid that they let hang out with them once in a while.
2. Who plays first base for the Twins?

Answer: Lou Collins

Lou and Billy's mom date throughout the movie. He ends up proposing to her in the end.
3. Who is the Twins General Manager?

Answer: Arthur Goslin

Billy's grandfather, Thomas, says "Now don't start that again Arthur, you're my General Manager." Arthur also helps Billy pick out his mother's birthday present.
