"Love Story" is a tragic movie about a young couple (Oliver and Jenny) who fall in love and plan a future together. Oliver is from a wealthy family and his parents do not approve of Jenny who is from a lower social status. They essentially cut him off from their money and their support.

When Jenny becomes terminally ill and dies, the wealthy father tells his son that he is sorry. It is at that point that Oliver states this famous line.

The character named Toula was Greek. Her family ran a Greek restaurant in Chicago and they expected that she would get married to a Greek man and have children. On the other hand, she simply wanted to be independent from them. She fell in love with a non-Greek man and they ended up getting married, but not without lots of laughs and excitement.

This is a not-to-be-missed romantic comedy if you haven't had the chance to see it yet.
