1. Who is Liu Kang's famous ancestor, who once won Mortal Kombat?

Kung Lao is perhaps one of the most recognisable characters in the Mortal Kombat video games. He is known widely for his metal slicer hat which he uses to apply many gruesome fatalities.

2. Who is Liu Kang's brother?

Answer: Chan

Liu Kang's brother Chan gets killed by evil sorceror Shang Tsung at the very beginning of the movie. Liu Kang then gets told by his grandfather to come back to the Wu Shi Academy, and so begins his Mortal Kombat adventure.

3. Who is Johnny Cage's master?

Answer: Boyd

Shang Tsung disguises himself as Johnny's Master Boyd to get Johnny to come to Mortal Kombat. At the end of the movie, Johnny wins by knocking Goro off the island.

Answer: Liu Kang

Liu Kang defeats Sub-Zero, Shang Tsung, Reptile, Kitana and an African-American competitor, to win the tournament. Johnny Cage defeats Scorpion and Goro, and Sonya Blade defeats Kano. If Liu Kang had not been succesfull in beating Shang Tsung, Earthrealm would have been destroyed.
