Eva Marie Saint made her film debut in "On the Waterfront" (1954) for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and appeared as Clark Kent's mother in "Superman Returns" (2006). Jill Haworth played Karen Hansen in "Exodus".
Jill St. John is married to Robert Wagner and was the first American to play a Bond Girl in "Diamonds are Forever" (1971). Sophia Loren has starred in numerous films in a career spanning over 60 years.

Buddy Ebsen (1908 - 2003) had an acting career that spanned over 70 years. He is probably best remembered for his TV roles as Jed Clampett in "The Beverly Hillbillies" (1962-71) and as the title character in "Barnaby Jones" (1973 - 1980).
All of these actors appeared in the movie with Martin Balsam as O.J. Berman (Holly's agent), George Peppard as Paul Varjak (Holly's neighbour) and Mickey Rooney as I.Y. Yunioshi.

Paul Anka is a Canadian actor, singer and song-writer. He had many hit songs in the '50s - '70s. He wrote the hit song "She's a Lady" for Tom Jones and the English lyrics of the song "My Way" for Frank Sinatra. Robert Mitchum played Brigadier General Norman Cota in the movie and one of the lesser known facts about him is that he was also a singer and composer. Sal Mineo played Private Martini in the film and Tommy Sands who was also an American pop singer of the 1950s who played a US Army Ranger in the movie.
4. Who played the role of Julius Caesar in the 1963 movie "Cleopatra"?

Answer: Rex Harrison

The film was nominated for nine Academy Awards and won four. Harrison was nominated for Best Actor but lost out that year to Sidney Poitier in "Lilies of the Field". However, in 1965 he did win the award for Best Actor for his role as Professor Henry Higgins in "My Fair Lady". He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 1989.
In "Cleopatra" Burton played Mark Antony, McDowall was Octavian and Landau was Rufio.
5. In the 1964 movie "Zorba the Greek", Anthony Quinn played Alexis Zorba and Alan Bates played Basil. At the end of the movie, Alexis teaches Basil a dance. What is the name of this dance?

Answer: Sirtaki

At the end of the movie with the two characters are on the beach, Alexis asks Basil if he is angry with him. Basil's response is "teach me to dance". This is where Alexis teaches Basil to dance. Zorbas Dance is based on two traditional Cretan songs.
The sirtaki or syrtaki is a dance of Greek origin. It is not a traditional Greek dance as it is made up of various fast and slow movements of the "Hasapiko" dance. The Kalamatianos is probably one of the best known of Greek dances.
6. In the 1965 comedy western "Cat Ballou", Lee Marvin won an Academy Award for his dual roles. What were the names of his two characters in the movie?

Kid Shelleen was the twin brother of Tim Strawn (Cat's father) and was hired by Cat Ballou as a famous gunman but was very different from what she expected.
The movie starred Jane Fonda as Catherine "Cat" Ballou and Michael Callan played Clay Boone. The Sunrise Kid was played by Nat King Cole and Dwayne Hickman played Uncle Jed.
Lee Marvin(1924-1987) was a WWII veteran and had an acting career from 1951-1986 playing roles in "The Wild One", "The Caine Mutiny" , "The Dirty Dozen "and "Paint Your Wagon", just to name a few.

Richard Harris (1930 - 2002) played the role of Capt. Rafer Hoxworth. He did however receive two nominations for Academy Awards in "This Sporting Life" (1963) and "The Field" (1990). Peter O'Toole (1932-2013) did not appear in the movie but during his career received eight nominations for an Academy Award. Unfortunately he was never a winner.

Joe eventually took Rizzo to Miami by bus but sadly Rizzo died on the bus just before arriving in Miami.
