At the beginning he is training for the force. He wants to protect and serve the people of New Jersey. At the end he is invited to join the squad, but says his job is right here in the mall to protect and serve the shoppers.

Paul's wife left them because she only wanted a green card to stay in the U.S. Maya really wants her dad to be happy.

4. Who is the leader of the mall-jackers?

Veck pretends to be a mall cop so he can learn the mall. Later we find out he is the leader of the group trying to steal the codes.

Amy runs a wig kiosk in the mall. She meets Paul after he runs into a mini-van with his Segway.
