Treebeard says this to Gandalf, after he has locked Sauruman in the Tower of Orthanc. This quote is in the scene right before Pippin finds the Palantir in the water.

This means "Be-thou Aragorn well". Eowyn says this in the Golden Hall of Medusel, in the scene right after Pippin gives the palantir to Gandalf. After this Theoden comes up and says, "I am happy for you. He is an honorable man."

Answer: Faramir

Faramir says this to Gondor's armies while they are in the first war to claim Osgiliath. This is the battle where Gondor loses and Faramir goes to his father.
