Harry was in his room at the Dursley's home one evening, when the Weasley boys came by his room in a flying car. They told Harry they were there to help him escape from the Dursley residence. However, Vernon realized what was happening and attempted to prevent Harry from leaving so he yelled to Petunia that Harry was trying to escape.

He was unsuccessful and Harry left with the Weasley boys.
2. Who told Dudley, "It's for when the Masons arrive."?

Answer: Petunia Dursley

Dudley was over by the cake in the kitchen and went to take a lick of frosting off but Petunia told him no. She said they would begin eating it when the Mason family arrived. Vernon then chimed in and said that should happen shortly.
