Saffron is mentioned when Remy is searching for things to go with his mushroom and cheese, and the saffron is in the kitchen. Rosemary is also mentioned when Remy is trying to find stuff for his mushroom and cheese. Rosemary is mentioned again when Linguini is asking Remy what he put in the soup by the river. Oregano is also mentioned by the river.

Right after she gets her soup, she asks for the waiter and Skinner assumes it's because it is bad. While he is telling Linguini he is fired, the waiter bursts in and tells them she likes the soup. Pierre Garcon is acutally a football player for the Indianapolis Colts, Anton Ego is the other critic in the movie, and finally Marianne Baguette is entirely made up.

People freak out because they see a rat and start throwing green bottles at him. He then goes into the sewer and finds his family again. I think it's really mean how people just assume he's a bad rat.

Throughout the movie, Skinner is always trying to catch Linguini with Remy or as Skinner calls him, "The Rat". Later Skinner falls into the river while chasing Remy.

In his first interview, he doesn't tell them about Remy. He does mention Colette's inspiration and that he's a Gusteau. Every time he doesn't mention Remy, Remy pulls Linguini's hair.
