Richards refuses to fire upon unarmed civilians, including women and children, in a food riot in Bakersfield, California. When he refuses, Richards is framed for the massacre - and so he is known as The Butcher of Bakersfield.

Answer: Stalkers

If the contestants manage to survive the Stalkers for the duration of the show, they are pardoned for their crimes. The Stalkers include - Buzz-Saw, Sub-Zero, Fireball, Dynamo and Captain Freedom.
