Haggis is a Scottish dish made from sheep's windpipe, lungs, heart and liver. The parts are then mixed with beef suet and oatmeal. Although the haggis was highly priced, Charlie did not realize it, since he was distracted by Harriet's presence, and bought the haggis anyway.
