Answer: Millennium Falcon

Harrison Ford played Han Solo and piloted the Millennium Falcon with Chewbacca (played by Peter Mayhew). Luke Skywalker teamed up with Han Solo, Chewbacca and the rebel forces to defend the Universe against the evil Darth Vader. The other 3 are also ships in the Star Wars movies but not piloted by Solo.

Jean-Luc Picard (played by Patrick Stewart) and the USS Enterprise 1701-E had to go back in time to save the Earth. They followed a Borg ship, that was trying to stop Zefram Cochrane from making the first warp flight, that lead to "First Contact" with the Vulcans.

William Shatner played Admiral James Tiberius Kirk, and was the captain of the USS Enterprise NCC 1701 in "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". V'Ger was destroying all that it came in contact with. Of course the USS Enterprise was the only ship in the area, and had to check it out before it got to Earth.

After Spock mind melded with it, they found out it was the old earth space craft Voyager 6, that was repaired and upgraded by some unknown alien. All of the Classes in the answer options are either from the "Star Trek" TV shows or movies.

Matt LeBlanc played Maj. Don West and flew the Jupiter 2 along with the Robinson family. "Danger Will Robinson!" The Robinson family and Don West were "Lost in Space" when their spaceship Jupiter 2 was sabotaged en route to Alpha Prime. They battled space spiders and time itself just to survive.

Jim Lovell (played by Tom Hanks) flew in the Command Module Odyssey. Apollo 13 is the true story of Jim Lovell, Fred Haise, and Jack Swigert. Their space ship was damaged en route to the moon. They had to battle to survive, as Mission Control tried to come up with a way to get them home.

The Mission was called Apollo 13. The other two answers are the Lunar Modules from Apollo 13 (Aquarius) and Apollo 11 (Eagle).

Lone Starr and his half man/half dog co-pilot Barf (played by John Candy) were taught the power of the Schwartz by the powerful Yogurt (played by Mel Brooks) and saved the day.

Challenger and Columbia were tragically destroyed during missions. The Enterprise was never launched but was used in test landings.

The cast of a washed up Sci-Fi show "Galaxy Quest" was stuck doing the convention circuit. When true aliens mistook them for real space traveling heroes, they were drafted into saving the aliens' planet. Tim Allen played Jason Nesmith (who played Cmdr. Peter Quincy Taggart) in "Galaxy Quest".
