Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Near the beginning of the movie in India, Kirill goes into the telegraph office to inquire as to the whereabouts of Jason Bourne. What is the name of the clerk?

Answer: Mohan Asvekar

"He's my friend. There's been a death in the family, and I wonder if you've seen him." -Kirill to Mohan

Kirill is a Russian assassin working for Yuri Gretkov, a traitor highly involved in oil trade around the Black Sea. Yuri stole millions of dollars from the CIA, and is working with a mole inside the agency. He knows that Jason will find out about him sooner or later, and sends Kirill to India to kill Jason. When Jason and Marie attempt to escape, Marie ends up getting shot. Enraged, Jason begins his mission to find out who's after him.

Mohan is the man who works in the telegraph office, and he is only seen for a brief moment when he asks Kirill how he can help him. His name is written on a black nameplate on the edge of the telegraph counter.
2. Pamela Landy is left handed.

Answer: True

"I hear you're still looking for me." -Jason to Pam

Pam Landy is heading up the search for Jason Bourne. Jason finally realizes that Pam isn't really trying to kill him and sends the incriminating evidence to her, exposing the CIA mole. She still wants to talk to him and he is able to contact her to find out why. "I wanted to thank you..." she tells him.

In the final scene of the movie, we see Pam sitting in her office in New York City. Just before her phone rings, we see her writing on a paper with her left hand. She picks up the phone with her right hand and continues writing. When she discovers who is calling, she puts down the pen and holds the phone with her left hand.
3. What Russian agency does Kirill work for?

Answer: FSB

"I'm secret service! I'm secret service!" -Kirill to police officers

When the chase across Europe leads Jason to Moscow, Kirill is on his home turf and it's easier for him to find Jason. Driving in his agency vehicle, he spots Jason walking down a sidewalk and pulls to the side of the road so he can shoot him. When the Moscow police see him with a gun, they detain him and look at his ID. This miscommunication gives Jason just enough time to get out of sight before they let Kirill go after him again.

During the moment when Kirill is shouting to the police that he is actually secret service, he is saying "FSB" with a Russian accent. Later during the car chase, one of the pursuing police officers calls in on his radio for "FSB assistance", according to the subtitles, and it sounds exactly the same as what Kirill was saying earlier.
4. What is Jason's Russian identity?

Answer: Foma Kiniaev

"That's the train to Moscow!" -CIA agent to Pam Landy

Jason uses his Russian passport when traveling to Moscow. While he is on the train, an officer comes in to check his passport and we see that his name is Foma Kiniaev. This name was also visible in "The Bourne Identity" when Jason was at the bank in Zurich looking through his safety deposit box.
5. To what German city does Jason travel to find the last remaining Treadstone member?

Answer: Munich

"We're the last two." -Treadstone agent to Jason

Jason finds out that Pam Landy is heading up the operation when he listens in to a call she makes to an agent in Italy. In the call, she states that she's getting on a plane to Berlin so he decides to go there and see what he can find out. After a brief confrontation with the last remaining Treadstone agent, he goes to the train station and begins calling local hotels to find out which one Pam is staying at.

He makes his pitstop in Munich to question the ex-assassin about Pam Landy, but he doesn't know anything. They fight, until Jason finally manages to strangle him, and then uses his awesome skill and quick thinking to blow up the house before the police arrive.
6. At what point in the movie does Jason injure his leg?

Answer: jumping over the railing into the barge

"Sir? 644?" -Hotel clerk to Jason

While in Berlin, Jason does some research and finds out that his very first mission, where he killed Vladimir Neski and his wife, took place at the Breker hotel. Upon arrival there, he checks into the room across the hall from where the assassination had taken place, but goes into room 645 to see what he can remember. The hotel alerts the police to his presence there, and they go straight to room 644 to look for him, giving him time to climb out the window and escape the building. After a foot chase through Berlin, Jason arrives at the train station a few minutes early. Cornered, he spots a barge coming down the nearby river and jumps over the railing onto it, hurting his leg.
7. During the car chase in Goa, what kind of car does Jason tell Marie that Kirill is driving?

Answer: Hyundai

"Get your head down!" -Jason to Marie

When Kirill is visiting the telegraph office, Jason observes him and takes note that something doesn't seem right. When he goes to find Marie, he spots Kirill again and knows that something is definitely wrong. Marie isn't convinced that they're really in danger and thinks Jason is just losing his mind, but then he points out the "silver Hyundai" as they come up to an intersection. Although it sounds like he says "Honda", when you read the subtitles it says "Hyundai" and the car is clearly not a Honda.
8. In Moscow when Jason is looking for Irena Neski, he asks a neighbor about her. She tells him all of the following except what?

Answer: She has left the country.

"Can you tell me where the girl is that lives at number 48?" -Jason to Russian lady

While in Moscow, Jason attempts to track down Irena Neski, the daughter of the people he killed at the Hotel Breker, so he can apologize to her for what he had done. He finds her old address, but when he arrives, he learns that nobody lives there. There is a woman sweeping her front steps a few doors down so he questions her about where Irena is. The woman informs him that Irena moved out of the city into the Orannyl Projects, and she thinks that she lives in apartment 16. However, just as Jason is ready to leave, his taxi driver leaves in a hurry after being informed that Jason is wanted by the police. Jason sets out on foot and ends up getting stuck in an insane car chase with Kirill.
9. Who stole money from the CIA?

Answer: Yuri Gretkov

"I gave you your cut. We both got rich. I don't owe you anything." -Gretkov to Ward Abbott

Ward Abbott, the man who ends up being exposed as the mole, has secretly been working with Yuri Gretkov. Yuri used Kirill to steal the money, planting Jason's fingerprint to frame him. When Pam Landy and the other CIA agents are beginning to realize that Jason is actually innocent, Abbott calls Gretkov from his hotel room to tell him that they can still go through with the plan if Jason Bourne is killed.
10. In the final scene of the movie, where does Pam tell Jason that he is from?

Answer: Nixa, Missouri

"Get some rest, Pam. You look tired." -Jason to Pam

When Jason contacts Pam and she apologizes to him, she is also able to tell him a little about himself. She informs him that his real name is David Webb, and that he was born on April 15, 1971 in Nixa, Missouri. When she invites him to come in and talk about it, Jason declines and tells her that she looks tired. She whirls, looking down into the sea of people in New York, trying to find out where he is watching her from.
