She takes the coin off of Will's neck thinking that he is a pirate. She then hides the coin in her bedside night stand.

3. When passing the hanged pirates, what does Jack Sparrow put over his heart?

Answer: His hat

This is right before Jack first enters Port Royal. The sign next to the three hanged pirates says "Pirates Ye Be Warned".

Answer: Yes

We don't often see the Governor wearing a sword at his side, but he does for the special occasion of Norrington's promotion.

He tries to say this twice in the movie. The first time is right after he saves Elizabeth. The second time is when Will saves him from being hung. He says "this is the day you almost caught..." before he falls into the ocean.
