Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Boom Boom Pow" was a 2009 hit for which American hip hop Group?

Answer: The Black Eyed Peas

"Boom Boom Pow" was the group's first US Number One when it topped the Billboard Hot 100. Although the group was formed in 1995, it was not until the release of their third album, "Elephunk," in 2003 that they found real fame.
2. Which founding member of Black Sabbath worked in a factory, where on his last day of work he lost the tips of two fingers in an accident? He began his playing career with Jethro Tull.

Answer: Tony Iommi

Anthony Frank "Tony" Iommi was the co-founder of Black Sabbath. He plays left-handed to compensate for the accident he had at a sheet metal factory when he was 17, losing the top of his middle and ring finger on his right-hand. In fact, if it had not been for his manager pushing him, he may have given the guitar up altogether as he was a right-handed player. Since the early days in 1968 when the band formed, there have been various changes to the line-up of the group.
3. The "doom and sludge" metal band Black Cobra consists of how many members?
