Cutting his teeth with Yes, Bill also had a lengthy tenure with King Crimson, playing in three different incarnations of that group. He played with Gong for two months in late 1974, guested with Pavlov's Dog on their "At The Sound Of The Bell" release in 1976 and appeared as Genesis' live drummer on the double LP "Seconds Out" in 1977.

Alexander "Skip" Spence, born in Ontario, Canada, played on Jefferson Airplane's debut album "Jefferson Airplane Takes Off",before he took off to co-form Moby Grape. While only playing on the one release with Jefferson Airplane, he managed two co-writing credits with "Blues From An Airplane" and "Don't Slip Away".
