Forming in Luxembourg in 1994, they reached the height of their single success with "Nancy Boy" from the album "Placebo" (1996) and "Pure Morning", both reaching the UK Top Ten. While their British popularity has waned, they've stayed very popular in Europe.

"Gutter Glitter" by Switchblade Symphony was originally released on the out of print EP cassette "Fable." It was later re-released on the 1995 album "Serpentine Gallery." Forming in 1989, this Ethereal Goth band were the darlings of the West Coast "Gothic" scene in the mid-nineties. They disbanded in 1999.

The song "Stop" was featured on the Jane's Addiction album "Ritual de lo Habitual" released in 1990. Never one to shy away from controversy, Perry Farrell's own album cover artwork garnered a ban from major retailers and an alternate cover soon followed.

Forming in Boston in 1991, Tanya Donelly's distinctive voice helped Belly to be regulars on MTV's "Buzz Bin" and "Alternative Nation" video shows for most of '93. When their next album, the more rock influenced "King" failed to get mainstream radio play, Donelly left the band to pursue a solo career in 1997.

"Sunshine Smile" was featured on Adorable's debut album "Against Perfection" released in 1993. Forming in Coventry in 1991, Adorable was never to repeat the UK chart success of "Sunshine Smile." Their second, and last album "Fake" (1994) failed to produce another hit. Singer Piort Fijailowski quit the band later that year and formed Polak. Still chart success eluded him.

"Oh Baby" was featured on the Siouxsie And The Banshees album "The Rapture" released in 1995. The nineties version of The Banshees showed a more polished sound than their early days, and a more lavish make over of sorts for punk rock goddess Siouxsie. "The Rapture" was Siouxsie And The Banshees' final studio album and the only one out of print.

"Crush" was featured on The Smashing Pumpkins debut album "Gish" released in 1991. The Song "Cuts You Up" can be found on Peter Murphy's album "Deep" released in 1990. Starting in 1983, Peter Murphy's solo career has seen its share of ups and downs. The former Bauhaus frontman continues to record his own material and collaborate with other artists, most notably KMFDM. Since 1998 Murphy has toured on and off with Bauhaus.

In 2006 they were the opening act for Nine Inch Nails.

"Here's Where The Story Ends" can be found on The Sundays debut album "Reading, Writing, And Arithmetic" released in 1990. Forming in 1988, English singer Harriet Wheeler's "Dreamy" voice and lyrical style drew comparisons to the Cocteau Twins and The Smiths.

The Sundays only released two more studio albums, "Blind" in 1992 and "Static And Silence" in 1997. Each went gold and enjoyed moderate acclaim. Since 1997 The Sundays have been on hiatus.
