Fino Alla Fine means "until the end"; the song was song in four languages: Italian (Fino Alla Fine), English (Until The End), Spanish (Hasta El Final), and Portuguese (Fino Alla Fine Brasilian Touch). The Italian, English, and Spanish versions also include one line of French (Je veux dance avec toi- I wanna dance with you), so that makes 5 languages.
