A 1960's girl group, The Shangri-Las were sisters Mary and Betty Weiss and twins Mary Ann and Marge Gasner. From 1964-1966 the group had six top 40 songs on Billboard's Hot 100. Although three made the top ten, their only number one hit was "Leader Of The Pack" in 1964. Charlie Rich sang "The Most Beautiful Girl" in 1973. Lionel Richie did "Truly" in 1982. SVW (Sisters With Voices) performed "Weak" in 1993.

Answer: Keep On Loving You

REO Speedwagon was a quintet comprised of Kevin Cronin, Alan Gratter, Bruce Hall, Gary Richrath, and Neal Doughty. The group had 13 tunes in the top 40 of the Hot 100 between 1980 and 1988. Two of those topped the chart: "Keep On Loving You" in 1980 and "Can't Fight This Feeling" in 1985. "Walk Right In" by The Rooftop Singers made number one in 1963. Ray Stevens got to number one with "Everything Is Beautiful" in 1970, as did Shakira (featuring Wyclef Jean) in 2006 with "Hips Don't Lie".

Born John Ramistella, Johnny Rivers placed 17 tunes on the top 40 of Billboard's Hot 100 from 1964-1977. "Poor Side Of Town" (1966) was his sole number one song.
Ready For The World did "Oh Sheila" in 1985. Both John Sebastian's "Welcome Back" in 1976 and Right Said Fred's "I'm Too Sexy" in 1992 were one-hit wonders that reached number one.

Ruby And The Romantics was led by Ruby Nash Curtis. The Romantics were Leroy Fann, George Lee, Ronald Mosley, and Ed Robert. The group had three songs in the top 40 of the Hot 100, all in 1963. "Our Day Will Come" reached number one. Debby Reynolds had a Top 100 number one song in 1957 with "Tammy".
