The original album cover featured a naked lady and created an outrage until a pair of painted-on panties were added. The original picture was available only by mail. Also my personal favorite Queen song. Realeased in 1978. All the release dates are in the U.S except for question thirteen.

Answer: Freddie Mercury

The song was never edited but was still loved by the fans. Released in 1975.
