The Doors got to number 49 on the UK chart with "Light My Fire" in 1967. It was re-released in 1991 and reached number nine. It was a number one on the US chart. Pink Floyd reached number six with "See Emily Play" on the UK chart in 1967. It never charted in the US. Strawberry Alarm Clock never had a UK chart hit but reached number one in the US with "Incense And Peppermints" in 1967.

Answer: The Beatles

"All You Need Is Love" sang The Beatles, and it was number one in the UK and US. The Beatles performance of the song was broadcast world wide by BBC TV in 1967 and watched by more than 400 million people.

The Rolling Stones had a double A-side UK number three hit with "Let's Spend The Night Together/Ruby Tuesday" in 1967. "Ruby Tuesday" became their fourth US number one. The Troggs had a UK number five hit with "Love Is All Around" in 1967. It reached number seven on the US chart in 1968. The song was released by Wet Wet Wet in 1994 and spent 15 consecutive weeks at number one in The UK, it reached number 41 on the US chart. The Who never had a UK or US number one but reached number ten with "I Can See For Miles", their eighth UK top ten hit. It reached number nine on the US chart.

Johnny Rivers never had any UK chart hits but had a US number three in 1967 with "Baby I Need Your Lovin'" Herman's Hermits had a UK number seven in 1967 with "There's A Kind Of Hush". It reached number four on the US chart.

The Lovin' Spoonful had a UK number 26 in 1967 with "Nashville Cats". It went higher in the US and reached number eight. The Byrds had no UK chart hits in 1967 but had five US chart hits that year. The highest ranking was "So You Want To Be A Rock'N'Roll Star" at number 29.

Yes "Hello, Goodbye" was the mixed message from The Beatles. This was their 13th UK number one and their 15th US number one.

Jimi Hendrix had a UK number three in 1967 with "Purple Haze". It only reached number 65 on the US chart. The Kinks had a UK number two in 1967 with "Waterloo Sunset" (one of my favourite Kinks songs). It never entered the US chart. Cream had a UK number 17 in 1967 with "Strange Brew". It never entered the US chart.
