Answer: Alphonse Gabriel Capone

Alphonse Gabriel Capone was born in Brooklyn, New York, after his parents immigrated from Italy. Capone had eight siblings; James, Raffaele, Salvatore, Albert, John, Matthew, Rose, and Mafalda.

Answer: Chicago

Capone led the Chicago Outfit, which later became known as "The Capones". His crimes consisted of bootlegging liquor, prostitution, and murder. This occurred from the 1920s up until the early 1930s.

Answer: Robin Hood

As a result of his charitable donations, Capone became a public figure. He was looked up to, despite his illegal dealings. Over the course of the years, he became one of the most successful men in Chicago.

As Capone was eating lunch at the Hawthorne Hotel restaurant, the North Side Gang peppered the area with gunfire from a motorcade. Frankie Rio, Capone's bodyguard, saved his life by throwing him to the ground and out of harm's way. Although Capone tried later on to declare a truce with the North Side Gang, it did not work out.

Seven members of the North Side Gang were gunned down in a garage by Capone's men disguised as police officers doing a "raid". This was to strike back at the North Side Gang for the assassination attempt on Capone. However, it is unknown if Capone actually had anything to do with the massacre.

Answer: Tax evasion

Capone was convicted of five counts of tax evasion, as well as not filing for tax return. After going to several jails, he was sent to Alcatraz Prison, where he made enemies in just the first few days.

Answer: Syphilis

While his syphilis got worse, he completed his sentence at Alcatraz Prison. He was sent to the Federal Correctional Institution at Terminal Island. After spending a brief time in the hospital and on parole, he went back home to Florida.

Answer: Stroke

After the stroke, Capone regained consciousness before too long. However, just as he was showing signs of improvement, matters got worse. He was soon diagnosed with pneumonia.

Capone died at his mansion in Florida, surrounded by his family. His fatal heart attack occurred just a day after contracting pneumonia. He is buried at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
