As well as not knowing when Catherine was born, there is also little known of where she was born but many believe she was born in London.
2. What relation was Catherine Howard to Anne Boleyn?

Answer: First cousin

Catherine was the niece of Thomas Howard, 3rd Duke of Norfolk, and therefore a first cousin to Henry's second wife, Anne Boleyn.

Catherine's siblings' names were in no particular order: Ralph, George, Henry, Charles, Mary, Thomas, Isabel, Joyce and Margaret.

Catherine was actually sent to live with her step-grandmother, Agnes Tilney, Dowager Duchess of Norfolk.

Catherine and Francis became lovers and called each other husband and wife. Catherine even carried out various wifely jobs including keeping his money when he was away on business. Most of the other women that lived with Catherine knew about their relationship. The relationship ended in 1539 when the Dowager Duchess found out what was going on and put an end to it.

Catherine quickly caught the eye of the King, who had displayed little interest in Anne of Cleves from the start.

Before the wedding there were rumours that Catherine was pregnant with his child. These rumours were not true.

Thomas Cranmer was at this time the Archbishop of Canterbury and he passed this information about his wife to Henry on November 2, 1541 while they were at church.
10. Catherine was arrested on 12 November 1541 but in which month of 1542 was she executed on Tower Hill?

Answer: February

Catherine had her titles taken away and was imprisoned in Syon House, Middlesex. The two men she was accused of having affairs with, Culpeper and Dereham, were executed at Tyburn on 10 December 1541.
Catherine was killed with one stroke, and was buried in an unmarked grave in the chapel of St Peter ad Vincula. This is also where Anne Boleyn is buried.
