Cleopatra first took power when she was eighteen. She was married to her younger brother Ptolemy XIII. (In Ancient Egypt that was allowed). They ruled together for four years before Ptolemy drowned in 47 BC.

Answer: Ptolemy Philadelphus

Ptolemy XV Caesarion was Cleopatra's only child by Caesar, her first lover. He co-ruled Egypt with her mother for a before her death. Ptolemy Philadelphus was her youngest child.

Answer: Cleopatra Selene

Caesarion was murdered trying while trying to flee to India in the wake of his mother's and Anthony's suicide. Cleopatra Selene survived to marry King Juba of Mauritania and had two children, Ptolemy and Drusilla.

He died mysteriously, leaving Cleopatra to rule with her young son Caesarion.
