There is a restaurant named after him in Boulder, Colorado. Alferd Packer is also the subject of "Cannibal! The Musical!".
2. Who was the Russian serial killer, also known as the Rostov Ripper?

Answer: Andrei Chikatilo

Chikatilo was convicted of the murders of 52 women and children between 1978 and 1990. He was arrested once and sentenced to a year in prison, but was released in 1984 after 3 months. He resumed killing in 1988.

Accounts of cannibalism have also been reported in England, France, the United States, Colombia and Brazil, among others. Cannibalism has also been reported in Egypt after a famine caused by the flooding of the Nile.

Answer: Albert Fish

He claimed to have molested over 100 children, and was a suspect in at least five killings, three of which he confessed to. Astonishingly enough, Fish had six children of his own.

Answer: The Donner Party

The party contained a large contigent of members of the Donner and Reed families, so it is sometimes known also as the Donner-Reed Party. Of the original 87 pioneers, 39 died and 48 survived. The stranded pioneers first tried to slaughter and eat their oxen, but the meat quickly ran out, and they had to resort to other means.
8. Who was both a famous necrophiliac and suspected cannibal?

Answer: Ed Gein

Berkowitz, Bernardo and Olson are also famous serial killers, just not cannibals. Gein also skinned his victims and exhumed corpses.

The Korowai tribe of southeastern Papua still engage in cannibalism. Some South American communities also consume bone ash of cremated relatives.

Gacy killed at least 30 people and buried most of the remains in the crawl space at his house. He was executed in 1994 by lethal injection.
