Sue Lyon is an American actress who is best known for her role as Dolores "Lolita" Haze in the 1962 movie "Lolita". The movie is based around the fact that a middle-aged lecturer (James Mason) is infatuated by a adolescent girl named Lolita (Sue Lyon).

The cast also includes Shelley Winters and Peter Sellers. Sue Lyon won a Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer for her role. Sue Lyon appeared in a number of films and television and has had multiple marriages.

Suzanne Lenglen (1899-1938) was a French tennis player who won numerous Grand Slam titles (8 singles, 8 doubles and 5 mixed doubles) together with two Olympic gold medals in 1920. She was the first female tennis celebrity and the French press named her "La Divine" (the goddess).
