The EB virus is associated with Burkitt's lymphoma in Africa and Infectious Mononucleosis in the U.S.. Burkitt's lymphoma in the U.S. involves primarily the abdomen, and has a very weak association with the virus.

Answer: Bone and brain

The gut lining, including mouth, stomach and intestines, tolerates radiation therapy poorly, and brain and bone are minimally damaged as nearby tumors are treated.
