In 1928, Lou Gehrig had two triples and two homers in a 15-7 victory by the NY Yankees over the Chicago White Sox. Willie Mays achieved this feat in May 1958 when the SF Giants beat ther LA Dodgers 16-7.

Jim was a clutch hitter for the Cubs during the 1960s and 70s. He made the All-Star team in 1970. He also played for the Mets, Dodgers, and the Cardinal.
