Vance led the leauge from 1922-1928 while pitching for the Brooklyn Dodgers. He retired with 2045 K's over 16 seasons.

Answer: Warren Spahn

Warren Spahn did this from 1957-1961 with the Milwaukee Braves. He won 21, 22, 21, 21, and another 21. What consistency! He also led the league on three other occasions.
