Bauer not only led the 1966 Baltimore Orioles to a World Series Championship, but to a 4 games to 0 sweep over the Los Angeles Dodgers. Bauer managed for 8 seasons for different teams.
2. Which of the following pitchers won 21 games and lost 20 games in the same season?

Answer: Phil Niekro

Niekro did this with the 1979 Braves from Atlanta. His record was 21 wins versus 20 losses. He appeared in 44 games and pitched 23 complete games. Only three of his games that season were no-decision.
