1. Atlanta

Answer: Falcons

The Falcons were established on June 30, 1965. According to the Atlanta-Journal constitution, the mascot of the team was suggested by a 66-year-old retired schoolteacher named Julia Elliot who chose it because of the bird's pride and courage. Some well-known Falcons include Julio Jones, Matt Ryan, and Michael Vick.
2. Cincinnati

The Bengals were established in 1967 by Paul Brown. Paul Brown also coached the Cleveland Browns. In 2000, Paul Brown Stadium was built in downtown Cincinnati along the river and in 2002 the team joined the AFC North league. Some notable players are Andy Dalton, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, and Norman Julius "Boomer" Esiason.
3. Pittsburgh

Answer: Steelers

The Steelers were founded as the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 8, 1933 by Art Rooney. The name was later changed to the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1940. The Steelers entered the AFC North division in 2002, and some of their rivals are the Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens, and Cincinnati Bengals. Some notable players are Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown, and La'Veon Bell.
4. Miami

Answer: Dolphins

The Dolphins were established in 1966 and won two back-to-back championships in 1973 and 1974. The Dolphins had a live mascot named Flipper, who was removed to cut-back costs in 1968. In the movie "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective", the detective (Jim Carrey) was investigating the missing Dolphins mascot, Snowflake. Notable players include Dan Marino, Ryan Tannehill, and Ndamukong Suh.
5. Indianapolis

Answer: Colts

The Colts, originally in Baltimore, were established in 1953. Later, the Colts' original stadium, Memorial Stadium, needed upgrades, however the City of Baltimore refused to make them, causing game attendance to decline. The owner at the time, James Irsay, tried to convince the city but when refused he started to look elsewhere.

Indianapolis offered to create a huge stadium for the Colts, so in 1984 the team was relocated there. Some notable players include Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck, and T.Y. Hilton.
6. New York

Answer: Giants

The Giants were established in 1925 by Tim Mara, 35 years before the Jets were established. The Giants are named after the baseball team of the same name and are among the few NFL teams that do not have a mascot. Notable players include Eli Manning, Odell Beckham Jr., and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.
7. New Orleans

Answer: Saints

The Saints joined the NFL franchise in 1966. Their logo is a fleur-de-lis, which generally represented French royalty. The team's playing field, the Superdome, famously housed victims of Hurricane Katrina. Some of the Saints notable players are Drew Brees, Mark Ingram Jr., and Jahri Evans.
8. Washington

The Redskins were established in 1932 and began in Boston before relocating to Washington DC five years later. They joined the NFC East in 1970 and won Super Bowl championships in 1982, 1987, and 1991. Some notable players are Robert Griffin III, Pierre Garcon, and Kendall Fuller.

Answer: Patriots

The Patriots were established in 1959 in Boston. They became the New England Patriots in 1971, after the name "Bay State Patriots" was rejected by the NFL. Some notable players are Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and LeGarrette Blount.
10. Dallas

Answer: Cowboys

The Cowboys were established in 1960. The Cowboys relocated from Texas Stadium in Irving, Texas to the AT&T Stadium Arlington, TX in 2009. AT&T Stadium was among the top five largest stadiums in the NFL. Some notable players are Dez Bryant, Tony Romo, and Dak Prescott.
