Andrei Nazarov signed with Minnesota, Aaron Downey signed with St. Louis, and Gary Roberts signed with Florida all in the first day. Martin Gelinas waited until Tuesday to sign with Florida.

Answer: Shawn McEachern

The Atlanta Thrashers declined their team option on Shawn McEachern. They did not buy him out. The rest of these players were all bought out.
