1. Which of the following father and son pairs have both been Formula One World Champion?

Answer: Graham and Damon Hill

Graham Hill was champion in 1962 and 1968. Son Damon did the trick in 1996. Jack Brabham was champion in 1959, '60 and '66, son David had a few outings in F1. Gilles Villeneuve was killed in 1982 before winning a title, but son Jacques was Canada's first champion in 1997. Mario Andretti was champ in 1978, son Michael did not last a full season in F1.
2. Spaniards Arantxa Sanchez Vicario and her brother Emilio play which sport?

Answer: tennis

Arantxa has been the more successful of the two.
3. The Whitaker brothers, John and Michael, compete for Great Britain in which sport?

Answer: equestrianism (show jumping)

Both have competed quite successfully in show jumping events for many years, and were both present at the Sydney Olympics. John's magnificent gray horse, Milton, is sadly missed.

Sgt Alfred Clive Hulme of the Canterbury Regiment, New Zealand Expeditionary Force was awarded the VC for 'outstanding leadership and courage' during the period 20-28 May 1941, in Crete. He survived the war and lived to see his son's success.
