Kenseth set the record for the longest streak of consecutive weeks as the point leader. He took the lead after the third race of the season and after 33 weeks, won the championship.

Answer: Ryan Newman

Newman won an amazing eight races in 2003. This included a stretch of 6 wins in 13 races.
