Deutscher, born on October 4th, 1975 in Bozeman, Montana guest starred in this "Las Vegas" episode as the character of Julie Dietz. Julie was a woman who was said to have been reported missing in the state of Wisconsin. Deutscher guest starred as Julie Dietz for just this episode of the series.

She has also had guest starring stints on the TV shows, "Malibu, CA" and "Aquaman". She is best known for portraying Julie Connor on the TV series, "Hang Time".

The episode began with the staffers, save for Ed, enjoying some comforts at the Montecito coffee shop while Danny read a newspaper article. Danny laughed at an article about Ed being busted for running a red light by a surveillance camera. All of them noted the irony of this incident.

There was a meeting with the staffers where a lot of fighting was going on so Ed told a story. The story had to do with infighting from a previous job he held and the boss at that gig had them switch jobs for a week. Ed said that would be a good idea for the staffers at the Montecito.

Ed explained the switcheroo involved for the week of the staffers getting different jobs and one of the changes he made was having Nessa run Mystique. Another switch he made was having Danny be the casino host. When Delinda asked him who would take Ed's job for the week, Ed said it would in fact be her.

As the opening credits rolled, Danny got a start on his switch as the casino host when he bumped into an old friend. The friend was identified as Kevin Jorgensen and he told Danny he wanted to cash out. While Kevin cashed out, it was shown that he had won a lot of money while gambling at the Montecito.

Early on in the episode, Delinda entered Ed's office dressed in a business suit and she mentioned having to attend a city commission meeting. Delinda wanted to get his opinion on if she should carry a black or silver briefcase to the meeting. Mike was there as well and he told her the silver would work out. Ed agreed so then Delinda immediately left so she would not be late to the meeting.

Midway through the episode, Danny was observing a table while on the casino floor and his friend was there winning a lot of money. He informed a nearby Ed that he suspected something was off. Sam then approached Danny and complimented him for doing a good job on his first day as a casino host.

Nessa was seen throughout the episode tending to operations at Mystique since Ed asked her to work there for the week. Midway through the episode, she was designing the menu for the day when she gave a couple Mystique employees instructions on making an alcoholic beverage named a Black and Tan. Gunther told Nessa right after this that he disapproved of her proposed menu.

Danny suspected there were some things off regarding his friend, Kevin Jorgensen. He did some investigating and found out what his car looked like. He went into the parking garage and took down some information about Kevin's car with one such fact being about his car having a Nebraska license plate. Danny found this peculiar since Kevin was from Wisconsin.
