Answer: Roy Montgomery

Richard received a phone call from Kate about coming to a crime scene since a dead body had been discovered. As he arrived, he as well as the rest of the team looked at the deceased still on the car's hood. The first person to identify the dead person was Roy Montgomery, who claimed he was an assistant district attorney named Jack Buckley.
5. Richard and who else interviewed John Knox?

Answer: Kate Beckett

Richard and Kate did some digging in their investigation regarding the deceased and noticed that Jack Buckley had a fight with someone named John Knox a couple days before Jack died. The two interviewed John while going over his previous criminal history, which included at least one murder. Richard asked an awkward question about if John worked out.
6. One of the persons who the victim had prosecuted was Norman Jessup. What crime was Norman prosecuted for, as stated in this episode?

Answer: Robbery

The police team looked into who could possibly have a motive behind killing Jack Buckley. They came upon a guy's file by the name of Norman Jessup, someone who Jack Buckley had successfully prosecuted. It was stated that his crime was robbery so, in a later scene, Richard and Kate asked him about it.
7. Alexis confided in Kate about a secret she had.

Answer: True

Midway through the episode, Richard was at his apartment with his mother when he asked where Alexis was at that time. Javier followed her advice and put a trail on John Knox, which did not last long since John was found dead shortly after this scene.
10. Norman Jessup wanted a letter of recommendation so he could get a job in what capacity?

Answer: Locksmith

In a previous scene, Norman had showed Richard some tricks he used to get himself out of handcuffs and this influenced him to want to be a locksmith. However, he was alerted to the fact that felons, which he was, could never be locksmiths. Norman managed to persuade an outlet to hire him as a locksmith so long as he got a letter of recommendation from someone at the police department.
