Jansen, born on July 27th, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah guest starred as Billy fisher, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He portrayed the character for just this one episode. He has guest starred on the TV shows, "Yes, Dear", "Miracles" and "The Practice."
