The episode began at Highland High School where class was about to get under way. Butt-head told Beavis to pay attention since he played with his braces and it caused some weird noises. Beavis listened in on the noise and laughed at what Butt-head was doing.

As Beavis continued to listen to the music like sounds emanating from Butt-head's mouth, he got all excited since he liked the tone. He then brought up to Butt-head about how it sounded as if Ozzy Osbourne was coming out of his mouth. Butt-head commented about what a cool observation Beavis made.

Beavis told Butt-head to flip his brace upwards since then the sound would go louder so he did, increasing the volume. Then, Buzzcut arrived in the classroom to get the lesson underway but was interrupted by the noise from Butt-head's mouth. He told Butt-head to stop goofing off and testing his limits.

Buzzcut marched back to the back of the classroom in order to yell at Beavis to his face since he felt that would get through to him to not goof off. However, he was put off by how horrible both boys smelled. He ordered them to go straight to the nurse's office for a lesson in personal hygiene.

Beavis and Butt-head went to the nurse's office and heard some awkward music playing so they awaited to see the nurse there. A young lady stepped out from behind the curtain doing a weird dance. She introduced herself as Dreama and then asked them both what they were doing in her office.

Beavis told Dreama that Buzzcut sent him and Butt-head to her office to find someone named Jean. However, what Beavis did not realize was that Buzzcut wanted them to actually get a lesson on personal hygiene, not to actually locate someone with the name Jean. Dreama invited them in to sit down so she could help them out.

Dreama told both of the boys to simply sit down on the table in her office and relax. She decided that the best way to treat them was to get some massage oil. She advised them both to merely wait since she would be back in a few seconds with her supplies to help clean them up.

Beavis and Butt-head took off their shirts while they were on the table when Dreama arrived back with her massage oil. While she gave them a massage, Butt-head informed Beavis how he felt as if he was in Heaven at that point. Beavis then started to sing a little song while Dreama tried to alleviate the burdensome odor on both men.
