Answer: Perry D'Marco

D'Marco had a minor guest starring role in this episode as Manuel. He played the part for just this one episode. He has also had guest starring stints on the TV shows, "Malcolm in the Middle" and "Baywatch." He starred in the 1993 film, "Kill or Be Killed."
2. Which actor played Burt in this episode?

Answer: Mo Gallini

Gallini, born on February 15th, 1966 in Miami, Florida played Burt in this episode of "Melrose Place." He portrayed the character for just this episode. He has also guest starred on the TV series', "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service", "24" and "JAG."

The episode began with the cops questioning both Billy and Samantha, who had been arrested for aiding and abetting Jim Reilly. They got done talking to them and decided to let them both go but warned them not to contact Jim under any circumstances. Samantha thanked Billy since she assured her they would both be released and not charged with any criminal activity.

Craig said she was free to settle since lawyers could not get in her way but Sydney said her lawyer was blackmailing her into not settling.

Kyle was at his restaurant when Amanda called him to inform him of how she got them plane tickets so they could go down to The Dominican Republic to get quickie divorces from Peter and Taylor. Kyle told her they would have a great time.

Midway through the episode, Billy and Samantha were at Shooters when Samantha asked Billy what she could do to make things better. Billy said she could get her father out of their lives, then he looked around and noticed a cop watching them. Billy got Samantha and told her they were leaving.

Harry Dean, Sydney's lawyer, went to his law office in one scene and discovered that Craig had broken into it. He asked Craig how he got in so Craig said he knew people who had the ability to get into a locked building. Harry informed him he could not just break into someone's office since there were laws against it so Craig informed him there were also laws on filing phony lawsuits. Craig then offered Larry a deal for a fifty thousand dollar settlement, which Larry accepted.

Midway through the episode, Chelsea was in the hospital getting her hand taken care of since it was injured while she was at school and Matt rushed in to talk to her. Chelsea wondered why he did not pick her up from school so Matt informed her he was notified that she had been hurt right when he was in surgery and he could not get out of it. Denise was there and chided Matt for putting his work above Chelsea.
10. Which couple decided to move away from Los Angeles?

Answer: Jake Hanson and Allison Parker

Jake and Allison had a serious talk in this episode that would change their lives. They decided they wanted to start over and they came to the conclusion that they would move away from Los Angeles. Jake and Allison did leave town during the season five finale but it was to separate locations (Jake to Ohio, Allison to Atlanta) since they agreed to divorce.
