At the beginning of the episode, Adrianna's mom brought her to the very posh rehab facility. Adrianna briefly questioned how they can afford this place, but her mother told her not to worry about it, and suddenly became excited at the thought that Adrianna might be staying in the same room that Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan did.

Answer: her driver's test

In this episode, we saw Annie going over the rules of the road with Dixon (who already has his license) and then practicing in-car with her mom. Annie later passed her test with a perfect score, and got her learner's permit. The only one who wasn't too happy was Harry; he wasn't thrilled that his daughter would soon be behind the wheel of his car.

Answer: get her wisdom teeth out

Dixon was excited about going to Homecoming, and assumed he would be going with Silver. However, Silver is the kind of girl who thinks Homecoming is stupid, and she had made an appointment to get her wisdom teeth out that day. She asked Dixon if he would go with her, and then take care of her after.

He pretended that he didn't care about Homecoming either, and agreed to stay home with her.

Answer: No

Ethan told Annie, that he wanted to ask her, and Annie started to say yes. However, Ethan cut her off and said that he wasn't going to. Annie was confused, but Ethan explained that he thought it was too soon after breaking up with Naomi to ask out another girl. Ethan had a plan though - if he just so happened to be at the dance, and Annie just so happened to be at the dance, and the two of them happened to run into each there, then there was no harm in two friends dancing together and drinking some punch, right?

Answer: Ozzie

Naomi received a semester's worth of detention for her role in the drug bust (when she got caught with Adrianna's cocaine). Ozzie was surprised to see the princess Naomi in detention and tried to engage her in conversation. She was not-so-politely rebuffing him, so he started speaking to her in Spanish.

She impressed him when she understood and replied in fluent Spanish, but Ozzie soon guessed the reason why she was fluent - she'd had a Honduran nanny when she was little.

Answer: Navid

Navid went to see Adrianna under the premise of covering her story on the school news. She declined, but Navid went back to see her anyway, this time bringing a care package full of shampoos, lotions, a drawing kit, and movies among other things. Adrianna asked Navid to do something for her - bring Naomi to see her.

When Naomi refused to go, Navid helped Adrianna leave rehab for the night to go to homecoming and talk to Naomi.

When Annie saw Naomi ripping pictures of Ethan and Adrianna out of her locker, Annie went over to offer comfort to Naomi. Naomi was touched, and kindly asked Annie if she wanted to get ready for Homecoming at Naomi's house with her and a couple of other girls. Annie was thrilled, but Ethan wasn't.

He didn't think that it was a good idea for Annie to strike up a friendship with his ex, if Annie wanted to be with him. Annie went to Naomi's anyway, and a great time. Naomi even lent her a pair of Manolos to wear to the dance.

In the previous episode, Tracy kissed Harry. Debbie was understandably upset, and after some encouragement from her mother-in-law, she decided to confront Tracy. She spoke to her at Homecoming (they were both chaperones), and told Tracy that if she didn't back off, the two of them would "have a very big problem". Tracy was amused and said "Gosh, I just don't know how I'd get through the day knowing you were angry with me". Debbie just smiled, and clarified what she meant by 'big problem' - "I will hit you in the face so hard I will knock your teeth out".

When Naomi refused to talk to her, Adrianna was really upset and almost got into her dealer's car to go off and do drugs, but Navid saw her and stopped her. He yelled at the dealer and told him to stay away from Adrianna, and got punched for his trouble. Adrianna questioned why Navid cared so much, and he told her that he had been in love with her since middle school and would do anything to see that she got better and got back to her old self. That's when Adrianna realized it was Navid's family who paid for her expensive rehab. Naomi then came out of the dance to talk to Adrianna and give her another chance.

Of course Dixon and Silver kissed, they're boyfriend and girlfriend. They also showed up at Homecoming. Annie called Silver and let it slip how much Dixon had wanted to go, so despite her wisdom teeth pain, Silver got dressed and told Dixon they were going to the dance.

Annie and Ethan kissed at the end of the episode, after the dance, as did Ryan and Kimberly. A little earlier, Ryan found out that Kimberly was an undercover cop when he caught her buying drugs. He figured since she wasn't really an underage student, she was not off limits.
