6. "Year 2375. Chancellor Martok is the new leader of the Klingon Empire. I could not take Gowron's leadership anymore. He was ordering Klingon soldiers to die in a fruitless effort to make himself look honorable. I challenged him to a fight, which I won. Klingon law states I should have been the next leader of the Empire, but I could not take the role. I am just not made for that kind of leadership, especially given my dual roles in both the Klingon world and the Federation world. I gave that power over to Martok, which he accepted. All hail Martok, the new leader of the Empire!"

7. "Stardate.... [2373] Why did this have to happen to my Keiko? It's so hard hearing her voice, but it's really that thing inside her. I don't know what to do. If I do what she asks me, I have a very bad feeling that it's for a very sinister purpose. Of course, she isn't telling me much, but I know I'll be facing Captain Sisko's wrath no matter what. I tried telling people today, but no one listened. I want to just kill that thing inside her, but if I do that, I will kill Keiko. And I can't tell Molly.
