Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What day does this episode begin on?

Answer: Tuesday

During the game of "Charades", Ellen decides she wants to leave. When Grace asks her why she has to go, she tells her, "Because we have a really big day and we have to go." Her husband, Rob, then says, "Honey, we're right in the middle of a game." She tells him, "Big day, Rob!" He then says, "Oh, right. Oh, right. Tomorrow is the big day. I wish it were a small day, but it's not. It's just big." Will then says, "That would make it big Wednesday."
2. What type of shirt was Karen wearing while the radiator was being fixed?

Answer: silk

Bernie, the repairman, asks Karen, "What kind of work do you do here?" Karen points to her blouse and says, "Honey, silk collar..." She then points to his shirt and says, "Blue collar. They don't even mix in the washing machine." He then tells her, "Uh, lady, I'm only trying to make polite conversation here." She then says, "Fix the heat. Our relationship is already too involved. Next thing I know, I'm gonna be getting Christmas postcards from you and your red-eyed brood."
3. What game did Grace buy?

Answer: Deluxe Scrabble

We find out the reason Ellen left in such a hurry was because she can't take Grace's meanness to them when they are losing. They ask Will to talk to her and when they run into her, they ask if she talked to Will. Grace tells them, "He left a couple of messages for me, but I couldn't return his call 'cause guess where I was?" She then makes them play a game of "Charades" to guess but then Rob says, "Grace, I beg you, please just tell us." Ellen says, "Yeah, use your words, Grace." Grace then tells them, "Okay. I went to the toy store. And I got the new "Deluxe Scrabble"! We can play, like, a marathon game. What do you think of that?" Ellen tells her, "I think you should return your phone calls!"
4. Of the following choices, which one doesn't Rob and Ellen say about Grace?

Answer: She's mean.

Will tells Grace, "When you play games, you can't control yourself. And it's upsetting our friends." Grace asks if this was true and Ellen says, "Oh, Grace, you are such a dear friend, but...Rob?" Rob then says, "We don't really like playing games with you." Ellen then tells her, "It's nothing personal, but you taunt." Rob adds, "And you gloat." Ellen says, "And you're aggressive. God, you're just so competitive." Rob then says, "You like to compete, Grace."
5. What name does Karen call the dummy she's learning CPR on?

Answer: Katie

Karen starts shaking the dummy and says, "Katie, Katie! Are you okay?" Jack then says, "No, no, no, Kare, her name is Annie. Resuscit-Annie. Or in a perfect world, Resuscit-Andy. Ha ha!" She then says, "Honey, I can't remember my kids' names, okay? What's going on? What do I do? How do I bring it to life? Oh, wait. That sounds like me on my wedding night." Jack then tells her, "Okay, Karen, focus, all right? Here's a little acronym that will help you: C-T-A-P-T-N-T-T-H-A-B-M-T-M. C-T-A: Check the airway. P-T-N: Pinch the nose. T-T-H: Tilt the head. A-B-M-T-M: And begin mouth-to-mouth. C-T-A-P-T-N-T-T-H-A-B-M-T-M."
6. What game do Will, Grace, Ellen and Rob play?

Answer: bowling

After Will bowls a strike, he says, "Oh, yeah! Will Truman is Lord of the Lanes." When it's Grace's turn, she only knocks down two of the pins and Will says, "You left 8 standing. This isn't golf. We want high numbers."
7. Karen: "Enough with the lady, all right? I'm not a/an ______!"

Answer: Irish Setter

Bernie is still fixing the radiator and says to Karen, "Ok, lady, I'm almost done here." Karen tells him, "Enough with the "lady", all right? I'm not an Irish Setter."
8. How many pins did Ellen say Grace had to knock down in order to tie with them?

Answer: 27

Ellen bowls a strike and she and Rob do Grace's victory dance. Grace says, "Ellen, you're doing great! She's bowling so great! Wasn't that great, Will?" Ellen says, "Okay, you're up, Grace. Now's your chance to tie us...if you knock down 27 pins." Rob then says, "And there's only 10 down there." Ellen says, "Yeah. Honey, that was the joke."
9. What country does Will tell Grace she's not?

Answer: France

When Grace goes to bowl, she just drops the ball and tells Will she just wanted to see if the ball would roll down the alley if she just dropped it. She then asks if anyone felt like ice-cream and then leaves to get some. Will catches up to her and asks what was she doing and she says, "I'm getting ice cream." Will says, "Yeah, yeah. "Good Humor" lady, what's going on?" Grace says, "I'm having fun." Will then says, "You don't have to lose to have fun, Grace. You're not France."
10. Who says this? "Look who's the good cop and look who's the bad cop."

Answer: Grace

Grace tells Will, "You can't control your competitive nature any more than I can. You just like to play the cool Will Truman, while I'm the all the intense crazy one. But once the bowling shoe is on the other foot, look who's the good cop and look who's the bad cop." Will tells her, "That is the worst mixed metaphor you have ever uttered." Grace then says, "You know I'm right. You're just as competitive as I am, and you can't control it any more than I can." Will then admits they are the same woman and just as competitive as she is.

He says he loves it when she's obnoxious. It unnerves their foes and it satisfies his lust for victory.
