Klinger took the PA apart, and spent the whole night trying to put it back together again. Once Margaret found out he had it turned on while she was talking she threw it against the wall and broke it again. Poor Klinger!

The name of this man is Sal Viscuso. He also appeared in "Dear Sigmund" as a patient that rolled over in an ambulance, and once more in "Tea and Empathy" as the soldier that was hiding stolen penicillin.
