 (Talking to Garibaldi) Londo: 'My god man. We've become a tourist attraction. Come see the Great Centauri Republic. Open 9-5 Earth Time.'

Answer: He turned to stone.

 This makes Dr. Kyle very nervous since he's about to crack Kosh's encounter suit to try and help.
3. ('The Gathering') Where did the poison used on Ambassador Kosh come from?

Answer: The Damocles sector.

 The Damocles sector where Sinclair's girlfriend at the time happend to have come from recently. The Ares sector is where Adira Tyree goes when she leaves Londo on Babylon 5. The Euphradies sector is an often heard phrase connected with contracts. The Orion sector... got me. I made it up.

 The name of the planet is heard several times during the movie.

 We see him in the scene when Lochley dies for a second. He talks to her and explains what's going on. He resembles Dr. Franklin to Lochley for some wierd reason. The captured soul says Lochley looks like a dead relative to him.
10. ('River of Souls') What image is the holo-brothel owner using illegally?

Answer: Captain Lochley's

 Captain Lochley's image is being used. I don't think she would have minded so much if the image wasn't of her in a rather revealing negligee. The owner keeps trying to climb behind the Constitution. Personally, I think Lochley is the obvious answer since any of the others would be a death sentence or worse.
11. ('River of Souls') What breaks in Lochley's office just as Garibaldi is leaving?

Answer: A vase

 To be more specific, it's the same vase she buys at the start of the movie! She just isn't having a good week.

 It sure sounds a lot like Entil'zha to me but I'm told it isn't. Course, that person was going by the closed captioning. Sheridan is told it by the Anla'shok Na just before he dies. Its what's in Dukhat's chambers.
14. ('A Call to Arms') Who was the Drakh spy involved in the construction of the Excalibur?

Answer: Samuel Drake

 He felt that he owed nothing to Earth since he was a Mars born citizen. Notice how close his last name is to Drakh, though.
15. ('A Call to Arms') What ship rams the Shadow Planet Killer control center?

Answer: The Victory.

 Captain Anderson convinces Sheridan to fire the main guns on the Excalibur and claims he's going to give them cover until they recharge. Instead, he goes for ramming speed and colides with the control center, causing the cloud to activate prematurely.
16. ('A Call to Arms') What class of ship is the Excalibur?

Answer: Victory.

 It really is the Victory class Whitestar Destroyer. The Victory was the first ship they started construction on in that class of ship. For example: the USS Nimitz was the first US aircraft carrier built of that design so every ship built after that with a simular design is a Nimitz class Aircraft carrier.
17. ('A Call To Arms') How many Drakh ships initiated contact with the Victory and Excalibur in their first confrontation?

Answer: 4

 Two try to escape far enough away to send out a warning to the rest of the Drakh fleet while two others attack. The Victory gets the job of taking out the attacking two while the Excalibur tries to chase down the two escapers. Both succeed to a point.
18. ('A Call To Arms') What kind of propulsion does the Excalibur use?

Answer: Gravitetic

 We hear this when Drake is extoling the virtues of the Excalibur to Sheridan. The gravitetic drive also allows the Excalibur and the Victory to make artificial gravity. If you said 'Two hamsters on a treadmill', for shame!
19. ('A Call to Arms') Who trained and brought Dureena into the Thieves' Guild?

Answer: Mafeek

 We hear this after Dureena is 'captured' by one of the thieves on Babylon 5. She is questioned about how she knows so much.
20. ('The Gathering') What race does Sinclair say eats their men 'when they finish'?

Answer: Ardasian

 In a scene at the casino, we see an Earther talking to an attractive lady. Sinclair interupts them, though, and informs the guy that the 'lady' is of a race which eats their men after mating. I get the feeling the guy decided to read the regulations before trying to pick up a date again. Pak'ma'ra do eat almost anything but it has to be dead for 5 days, at least. Endorian is from Star Wars. Straczynskian is just the creator's name made into a race name. (Side note: The Strazyn was a race in a show called 'Space Cases'.)
